Returns & Exchange FAQs
The Brainhouse Company will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unopened, undamaged, unaltered items, ten (10) days after purchase. Here are a few questions you might have about our exchange & return policies.
Sometimes, an order might not go right. You can return or exchange your unaltered product(s) within 10 days of delivery. Return can shipped to us or can be made to any of our outlets.
Unopened, undamaged, within ten (10) days of purchase.
Returns/Exchange being made due to customers error will have to be paid for by customer. But in cases of errors from our products or processing, Brainhouse Company covers all incurring costs.
EXchange will be shipped as soon as we have correctly received and processed the returned goods.
Some are not eligible for return/exchange.
Customer refunds for unprocessed orders or returns are processed within 1 to 2 business days after refund request is received.
